INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)
2 can of tuna (in water)
1 cutted onion
2 eggs
80 gr oats
mustard
optional: feta or fresh herbs
PREPARATION
add oats in a blender and blend
put the tuna in a big bowl and add all the ingredients
mix everything very well with a fork or with your hands
form small burger patties and add to a hot pan
Bake from both sides for around 4 to 5 minutes

Tuna Burger are a good snack as well as to have them ready in the fridge and add to your meals if you need a good source of protein and fat.
They fit well into different kind of bowls or with oven potatoes and guacamole.
