50 gr wholegrain semolina
500 ml (oat)milk
30 gr vanilla whey protein
pinch of salt
cinnamon
topping: fresh berries, chocolate or roasted nuts
PREPARATION
Carefully boil milk in a pot
add a pinch of salt
slowly pour in semolina and bring to boil stirring continuously and simmer for 5 more minutes until creamy
add protein powder and cinnamon
select your favorite topping
