This is a high protein breakfast or also works well as a snack.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)
40g oats
20 gr protein powder
1 egg
1 banana
20 gr chocolate drops
sip of milk
5g coconut oil
PREPARATION
Add oats into a food processor to create oatmeal
Mix the oatmeal with protein powder and chocolate drops
Mash the banana
Add the banana, egg and milk to the dry mass
Fry in a hot pan with coconut oil
