PROTEIN BREAKFAST OATS

Simple & protein rich breakfast option.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)

  • 10g sesame

  • 70g oats

  • 350ml water

  • 5g linseeds

  • 100g banana

  • 20g Protein powder

  • 5g dark chocolate drops


PREPARATION

  1. we are gonna add 10g sesame into a pot and roast them at medium heat. This will take 2-3 minutes. Remember to stir the sesame seeds occasionally so that they do not burn.

  2. Next up you add 350 milliliter of water into the pot.

  3. Followed by 70g oats and 5g linseeds.

  4. Stir the oats well and boil once. After that reduce the heat to medium.

  5. Add in the banana and stir again. Simmer the oatmeal until it reaches the desired consistency.

  6. Put aside for 5 minutes so it can cool down a bit. Afterwards you can add in the protein powder. You shouldn't add the protein powder too early or it may flocculate.

  7. Stir well and serve in a bowl with the chocolate drops on top. You can also use any other topping you like.

  8. You can keep the oats in the fridge overnight and prepare it in advance if you have a busy morning.
