One of the easiest forms of meal prep bowls.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)
200g minced beef
2 eggs
80 gr frozen peas
2 handful mushrooms
onion
one garlic clove
120 gr rice
spices: salt, pepper, chili flakes
PREPARATION
put the onions and garlic in the pan
Add minced meat and fry for 4-5 minutes until it is done
Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes
Cook the rice parallel and then add it to the pan
Remove everything from the pan
Put some oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms
Then add the minced rice mixture again and add the peas previously washed in hot water
Mix everything well. Fry 2 eggs
Put everything in a bowl and add the fried egg on top
