Hummus is a great dip - rich in protein & fits to a lot of different recipes.
INGREDIENTS
400g chickpeas (canned)
2 clove garlic
juice of one lemon
40g tahini
60ml olive oil
salt and pepper
5g cumin
PREPARATION
grab a food processor
at the chickpeas into it
add garlic, olive oil and lemon juice into it
Then add tahini as well as the spices
mix until you get a smooth mass
NOTES
that is a big portion - you can add the hummus in a box and keep in the fridge for a few days
