Homemade granola has way less sugar and additives than the ones you buy in the supermarket. Store it in a big jar and use the flavors you like.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1 TRAY)
150 gr oats
50 gr nut mix of choice
50 gr seed mix of choice
25 gr flexseeds
50 gr coconut oil
30-50 gr honey/maple syrup
cinamon
pinch of salt
PREPARATION
mix all dry ingredients
pre heat the coconut oil and honey in a pot
mix it together with the dry ingredients
put on a tray and bake for 20 min @ 180°

NOTES
The granola is easy adaptable to your taste - you can add dried fruits, chocolate drops or coconut flakes for example
