BULGUR SALAD



INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)

  • 60g bulgur

  • 40 g chickpeas

  • 1 cucumber

  • handful tomatoes

  • spring onion

  • 40g feta cheese

  • fresh mint

  • Dressing: lemonjuice, 10g olive oil, salt, pepper


PREPARATION

  • cook bulgur as usual

  • wash chickpeas, tomatoes und cucumber

  • cut cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions and feta

  • add them all into a big bowl and add the dressing on top

NOTES

For healthy fats you can add avocado, hard boiled egg or sunflower seeds on top.
