BREAKFAST PANCAKES

Super delicious breakfast or snack option.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)

  • 50g oats

  • 5g flaxseeds

  • 1 apple

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • milk

  • 5g baking powder

  • Topping: nuts, berries other half of apple


PREPARATION

  • mix oats, flaxseeds, and baking powder

  • mash banana and grate half of the apple

  • mix the fruits with the dry mass and add a little bit of milk and the egg

  • Fry small pancakes in a pan

  • empty the pan and add frozen berries and the other half of the apple.

For more protein you could also add protein powder or greek yoghurt.
