INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)
50g oats
5g flaxseeds
1 apple
1 banana
1 egg
milk
5g baking powder
Topping: nuts, berries other half of apple
PREPARATION
mix oats, flaxseeds, and baking powder
mash banana and grate half of the apple
mix the fruits with the dry mass and add a little bit of milk and the egg
Fry small pancakes in a pan
empty the pan and add frozen berries and the other half of the apple.
