A traditional Swiss breakfast - so delicious.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)
60g oats
20g raisins
1 apple
25g nuts
50ml milk
PREPARATION
Fill 60g oats into a bowl
pure over with 150 ml hot water
cut an apple into small pieces and add to the oats
Add raisins, some nuts and cinnamon on top
Before serving it mix 50ml milk to it and stir thoroughly

I love to grate fresh curcuma on top of the muesli - if you do, make sure you add some pepper as well to increase bio availability
Serve as breakfast or small snack. You can easily prepare the muesli the day before and just mix the milk to it, when you eat hit
