This berry shake is a great post workout option or works well as a regular breakfast.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)
50g oats
100 g low fat curd
5g chiaseeds/ linseed
1-2 handful frozen berries
1 banana
200 ml milk (or water)
10g shredded coconut
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients into a food processor
enjoy

This is a super fast meal that is made in less than 5 minutes
Instead of curd you can also use any kind of yoghurt or replace it with regular protein powder - I like vanilla the most with it
The shake can be easily increased in calories by adding more oats and more milk
