Those pancakes are one of my favorite childhood recipes. Add the pancakes with whatever you like - tuna creme is one of my favorites.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1 / 3-4 PANCAKES)
70g flour
70 ml milk
40 ml water
1 eg
topping of your choice:
tuna creme with ruccola & Cherry tomatoes q(canned tuna, curd, salt, pepper)
avocado and salmon
ham and cheese
curd with fruits or marmalade
PREPARATION
scramble milk, water and egg
add flour and mix
with a big spoon add one third of the dough into a hot pan
Bake for a few minutes on one side before you turn it over
go with any topping you like
for the tuna creme: mix half of a can of tuna with creme cheese or quark and spice it up.

NOTES
Instead of regular flour you can go for wholegrain flour.
