INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)
200 gr cottage cheese
50g oats
30g apple pulp
1/2 apple
1 EL raisins/cranberries
1/2 handful nuts
cinnamon
PREPARATION
wash and chop the apple
Mix together chopped apple with oats, cottage cheese and apple pulp
top with raisins and nuts
add cinnamon on top

In case you don't have apple pulp you could also grate half an apple instead
